IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TECHNICAL SESSION AUTHORS

Please note we are currently updating or records to insure that the conference proceedings reflects the final title of your paper as well as a complete lisitings of authors. We will also be updating the Website with this information. However, due to the high volume of papers in Globecom 2003 it will take us several weeks before those changes are posted. Thank you for your understading in this matter.
