GENERAL INFORMATION

GLOBECOM 2003 will be composed of six major Symposia, the traditional GLOBECOM General Conference addressing a set of current communication topics, and R&D Tutorials and Workshops. You are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at GLOBECOM 2003 and publication in the Conference Record. You are invited to submit proposals to conduct R&D Tutorials and Workshops. Visit the website for further details.

Complete Paper Manuscripts Due:
8 March 2003
Paper manuscripts should be submitted electronically, after 15 November 2002, by using the Online Submissions form on the GLOBECOM 2003 website.

Proposals to Conduct Technical Tutorials and Workshops Due:
1 March 2003, 3 am EST
Proposals should be sent electronically, after 15 November 2002, to the Technical Program Chairs.
